"This might be one of my most exciting updates since starting a Plexus journey with my husband, Jonathan Phillips. To some, this picture may just look like a guy driving - but to me, I see a healthy man who is free! Fear, stress, & anxiety no longer have a hold over him.
My husband has been in his fair share of severe car accidents. Those accidents have led to a coma, broken bones, surgery on his skull, & that's just the big stuff. Unfortunately, the side effect of all of these accidents was anxiety; specifically while driving.

For quite a while it was so crippling that he could barely drive; he would often feel as if a panic attack was coming on & he would have to pull over. This was very unsettling considering he has to drive quite a bit as he travels for work. When he would leave, I would be so worried until he reached his destination.

The anxiety manifested in other ways too- nervousness in crowds, heightened stress, & unnecessary worry...just to name a few. He tried different things to help ease it & find triggers but nothing really seemed to help. It was not a fun or healthy experience. Honestly, it became stressful & frustrating.

Jonathan started Plexus purely for weight loss; however, over time realizing that his anxiety was lessening was a pleasant surprise! I had heard several stories of anxiety being helped by the use of Plexus but I never even thought about it helping this form of his anxiety. He's now able to drive & not have to worry about a panic attack coming on. He can enjoy himself in a crowd. He's completely at ease & free from the chains that were keeping him down. I'm no longer worried while he travels for work and on long road trips it's not all on me to drive!

For this alone, Plexus has blessed our family. I'm so grateful for this change in my husband...
