Dusted off the stethoscope today and pulled out the scrubs for community helper day at preschool. It was fun sharing what a nurses job is to a room full of three year olds! As much as I loved my 12 year career as a nurse, I have to say I don't miss those 12 hour night shifts at all! I'm so blessed to be working from home so I can have these opportunities to enjoy with my boys! Hudson's reaction was priceless to see me there with his class. He has never known me as a nurse. Just mom. Love that I've had the chance to stay home with him since the day he was born!!
